To relive the ‘victorious’ and ‘glorious’ moments or for those that missed it, HERE is my version of the story.

2nd Photography session in Aliwal Arts Centre (Success)

Yesterday was a really nervous, tiring and fun day for all of us, I believed. This is due to the fact that the day before everyone was panicking and how to present our photos with our story, this slowly escalated to nervousness and ‘gan chiong spider mode’ was activated as the day to presentation slowly crept. (Starting the post with my presentation)

Title: Life From My Point Of View

Looking at things from another perspective or angle or standing in someone shoes to look at things allows us to see things positively.
Picture taken from wheelchair at a sitting position is never the same as a person who stands, so don’t judge,
What I meant to say is that if you change your angle of thinking and stand in the shoes of others, meaning putting yourself in other shoes, you would find that things might not be as bad as it seems.
Scars and events as well as experiences that you gone through made you a stronger person. It molds us to be a stronger person with stronger attitudes and beliefs.

This Picture shows a Positive side of me because I feel that yellow is a very happy color and a positive color. I feel that if plants and flowers can be so strong willed with so much determination and can withstand the harsh conditions, shouldn’t we as humans be as strong to overcome obstacles that we faced.
Every step that we take may be filled with fear, danger and uncertainty but we will grow stronger as time pass by.
I often think, since we can’ t choose nor control any adversity that befalls us, why not live everyday with a smile and positive mindset.

This picture shows a negative situation faced in a positive way. Why?
When leaves dropped to the ground, they are often ignored, however they found a way to contribute to the environment.
They find purpose in living and their life is meaningful. This somewhat describes my situation. Although, I don’t significantly change people’s life, I do try to find meaning in the things I do in everyday life.
I do believe everyone have their own purpose in life.

This picture actually shows that I do look forward to go out and explore the world and ggo out to see the world. (Below is a short poem of mine)

Wide World,
Vast Sky,
Look at the Blue Sky
But A Pity I could go nowhere.

Lonely World,
Wide Sky
It is useless to me
As I am Trapped in this lonely world

Sorry for the emotions in this poem, it just reflects my situation in a poetic way.

This picture depicts my wish of being as free as the bird.
Being able to fly everywhere and anywhere with no restraints.
However, I do appreciate my life like how it is with loved ones around me to show me concern. Finally, a place to call home.
See things in a different light and I am sure you will deal with things in a positive way.
(Stay Tuned for Part 2 soon)
